The Client:
Employing over 100, members of staff worldwide, and with a present level of turnover in Ireland of :11M, our clients are presently ranked as being the largest and most technologically advanced manufacturer, within their chosen field. With a sales force of 5 in the Republic, they are continually striving to ensure that they are providing the best possible level of service to their clients, and are often found investing in new and innovative training programmes for their sales and customer service staff.
The Role:
Dealing directly with major commercial and industrial projects, the sales manager, will be expected to manage a sales team of 3, whilst maintaining and developing a set list of architects, consulting engineers and main electrical contractors. A great deal of autonomy is given to the successful manager, therefore it is essential that applicants arrive with a strong pedigree in either direct field sales or alternatively are involved in some form of either industrial or construction technical sales. Be in no doubt that this is a rare opportunity for the successful individual to make that fist step into management without having to take a step back in salary or OTE.
